ROBERT GARRITANO practices in all areas of corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and growth equity.
Robert has represented public companies, private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and growth equity firms in a variety of domestic and international purchases and sales of public and private companies. He has guided clients through leveraged buyouts, sell-side auctions, take-privates, spinoffs, asset purchases, joint ventures, structured minority investments, GP stakes investments, PIPEs, and corporate reorganizations, and restructurings. His experience includes acquisitions and divestitures in industries such as healthcare, real estate, financial services, cryptocurrency, technology, automotive, agriculture, and energy and infrastructure.
