Phelim J. Giblin Jr.

PHELIM GIBLIN focuses his practice on commercial litigation and disputes.

Prior to joining Sidley, Phelim was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow at Illinois Legal Aid Online. He previously worked as a project assistant at Sidley.

While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of law, cum laude, Phelim served as an articles editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. Phelim was also a teaching assistant for his law school’s first year writing course, where he received the Arlyn Miner Book Award in 2023 for writing the best appellate brief in his class, and he served as a fellow in the law school’s Writing Lab.
