MARTIN GOODLETT advises financial institutions, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions. He is particularly focused on venture and growth lending, and counseling clients on structuring and negotiating sophisticated financing arrangements across a wide spectrum of debt products, including secured and unsecured credit facilities, cash flow and asset-based loans, and acquisition and recapitalization financings. Martin’s experience spans senior and mezzanine lending, cross-border credit structures, and general corporate finance. 

A significant portion of Martin’s work is concentrated in the technology and life sciences sectors, where he supports clients through the unique financing considerations of these fast-evolving industries.
