Biography
SCOTT GREGUS focuses his practice on complex business transactions, including M&A and private equity investments, as well as corporate governance and securities compliance matters.
Scott received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where he was selected as a Salzburg Cutler Fellow in International Law. While in law school, Scott participated in the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center, where he assisted small businesses with their legal issues. He received his B.A., cum laude, in economics from Northwestern University.
