Biography
MEE KYUNG (MK) HAN is a senior managing associate in the M&A and Private Equity group in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Sidley, MK practiced in the Private Capital Transactions group at another global law firm in its New York and Tokyo offices.
MK received her J.D. from Columbia Law School and was recognized as a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While attending Columbia, she served as the senior development editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
