Brent M. Harding

Brent Harding focuses his practice on the representation of sponsors, borrowers, investment funds, and financial institutions in a variety of financial transactions.

While attending Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Brent was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu.

Representative transactions include:

• Bixby Wealth Solutions (Bixby) on its strategic minority investment in F.L.Putnam Investment Management Company, an independent registered investment advisor.
• Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Utz Brands, Inc. (NYSE: UTZ) in its US$2.9 billion take-private transaction by Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG.
