
Biography
MATT HENRY advises on a wide array of matters, including securities and derivate litigation, white collar criminal defense, trademark matters, contract and partnership disputes, and other commercial disputes. He has represented clients in state and federal court, on appeal, and in mediations and international arbitrations. Matt also maintains an active pro bono practice, including criminal appeals, asylum cases, and impact litigation.
In addition to his work at Sidley, Matt has clerked for judges on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern District of California. Matt earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of Animal Law & Policy.
