Biography
SAM HULSEY advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital raising opportunities, joint venture and commercial transactions, and general corporate matters. He has experience negotiating and closing transactions across a range of industries, including energy, healthcare, and technology.
Prior to joining Sidley, Sam served as in-house counsel for a mid-market private equity company. Sam received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Southern California.
