Biography
CHRIS JACKSON represents fund managers, underwriters, issuers, investors, lenders, and borrowers in various debt fund finance products, including new issue, refinancing and reset collateralized loan obligation transactions, rated and unrated warehouses, term leverage facilities backed by portfolios of broadly syndicated, private credit, and middle market loans, rated feeder funds, and risk retention financing solutions.
Chris has been recognized by Chambers USA (Nationwide, 2021–2025) and Chambers Global (USA, 2022–2025) for his work in Capital Markets: Securitization: CLOs. Clients noted he “is admired by underwriters and collateral managers for his ability on CLO transactions” (2024) and “is very experienced, intelligent and responsive” (2025).
