Maggie E. Jokinen

MAGGIE JOKINEN focuses her practice on the representation of buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions. She also advises public company clients on corporate governance and disclosure matters.

Maggie earned her J.D., cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. While attending Northwestern, she was an online managing editor for the Northwestern University Law Review and served as the external relations director for the Moot Court Society. Maggie received her B.A., magna cum laude, in economics and political science from Augustana College.
