Eric Jung

Eric Jung focuses his practice on complex litigation and other high-stakes business disputes, as well as white collar criminal defense and government and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Sidley, Eric served as a law clerk to Judge Rita F. Lin of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Judge Lucy H. Koh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Judge J. Clifford Wallace of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  

Eric received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was an articles editor of the California Law Review, a senior articles editor of the Asian American Law Journal, and a teaching assistant in the legal writing program. He earned his undergraduate degree in government, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College.
