Cameron King

CAMERON KING focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, assisting on a variety of corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Cameron earned his J.D., cum laude, from SMU Dedman School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Journal of Air Law and Commerce and as president of the Corporate Law Association. During law school, Cameron gained experience in the energy and aviation industries.

Before attending law school, Cameron earned his B.A., magna cum laude, in history and his M.Ed. in social studies education from The Ohio State University, and worked as a high school social studies teacher.
