KELLI MCQUILLAN focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Kelli earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2023. Prior to law school, she graduated, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama, where she received her B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance and a specialization in Professional Accounting in 2020.
