Sidley Represents Cherokee Nation Businesses in Its Investment in Front Line Power Construction

Sidley represented Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) in its investment in Front Line Power Construction, a Texas-based provider of electrical construction and power infrastructure services. This is CNB’s first direct investment in the utility and infrastructure services industry.
The Sidley team is being led by Scott Parel (M&A and Private Equity), and includes Kelli McQuillan (M&A and Private Equity) and Tara Lancaster (Tax).
