Biography
RHEA MISRA advises on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with clients including private equity sponsors, corporates, investment banks, and credit funds.
Rhea trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s London office, where she gained experience in the firm’s Corporate, Private Equity, Leveraged Finance, Restructuring, and Insurance practices. Rhea also spent time on client secondment.

Rhea’s recent experience includes advising:
- Permira on the financing of its £2.3 billion recommended cash offer for JTC plc.
- Soho House & Co Inc. in its definitive agreements pursuant to which an investor group led by MCR, and its chairman and CEO Tyler Morse will acquire the outstanding shares of Soho House.
