Andrea Khandekar

ANDREA MROZINSKI KHANDEKAR focuses her practice on complex civil litigation. She has over 15 years of experience in e-discovery and a wide range of involvement in information governance and issues along the entire EDRM spectrum, including early case assessment, client custodial interviews, planning and executing document collections, developing search terms, drafting ESI protocols and protective orders, and managing large-scale document reviews and productions. She advises clients and case teams on how best to leverage technology to most efficiently and cost-effectively meet their goals. She is a Relativity certified user and has completed Relativity certified administrator training. She has also worked extensively on privilege issues, fact development, and deposition and trial preparation.

Andrea received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She also received her B.A., with honors, in political science from the University of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining Sidley, Andrea previously worked as a staff attorney for another Chicago-based law firm and as an associate director in legal technology consulting for a professional services firm.
