MADISON PESCE advises issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions and U.S. securities regulation matters. With a focus on registered and unregistered securities offerings, she represents domestic and foreign private issuers in a variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, offerings of equity, debt and equity-linked securities, and de-SPAC and M&A transactions. Madison also counsels clients on corporate governance matters, periodic reporting, and ongoing disclosure obligations under U.S. securities laws and stock exchange regulations.
