Sidley Represents Host Digital Infrastructure LLC in US$425 Million Merger and Host Digital Inc. in US$17.5 Million Underwritten Public Offering

Sidley represented Host Digital Infrastructure LLC in its US$425 million merger with Healthy Choice Wellness Corp. Following the merger, the combined company began to operate as Host Digital Inc. (NYSE: HOST). Sidley also represented Host Digital Inc. in its concurrent US$17.5 million underwritten public offering. Host Digital Inc. is a vertically integrated digital infrastructure company that develops, acquires, owns, and operates institutional-quality data centers for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
