Dustin G. Poore

DUSTIN POORE focuses his practice on corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Dustin graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law with pro bono honors and a Business Law Certificate. While in law school, he was a vice president for the Startup Law Initiative, a student associate for the New Business Community Law Clinic, and was a submissions editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.

Prior to attending law school, Dustin lived in Japan, working in the field of risk internal audit while also earning his master’s degree in sociolinguistics from Waseda University in Tokyo.
