Biography
VICTORIA REZNIK focuses her practice on real estate finance, including commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions, structured real estate lending, and other finance matters. She represents financial institutions in connection with the origination, structuring, and closing of complex financing transactions.
While attending Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Victoria served as a research assistant for the Law and Technology Initiative. She also interned with the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of Chicago, where she contributed to early-stage investment diligence research. Additionally, Victoria served as a general counsel intern at StackerDAO and was part of the executive team for the Kellogg Web3 Club at the Kellogg School of Management, gaining experience in blockchain technology and further expanding her knowledge of the fintech space.
Victoria earned dean’s list distinction in 2023 and 2024 at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and was selected as both a WX Scholar in 2024 and a Goldie Scholar in 2023, two highly competitive programs that recognize leaders in commercial real estate. She has also been honored with additional real estate-focused scholarships, including the "NAIOP Chicago Future Leaders" (2023) , the "CoreNet Global – Chicago Chapter" (2023), and "NAREIM Jeff Barclay Fellow" (2022). In addition, Victoria was named a "2023 Relativity Fest Scholar" and awarded the "2023 Sloan Fellowship" from the Jewish Graduate Organization.
Victoria is fluent in Russian.
