Nicholas L. Salas

NICHOLAS SALAS focuses his practice on a variety of financing-related issues. He represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public and private companies, and lenders on a broad range of financial transactions.

Nicholas earned his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, he served as the executive editor of the Iowa Law Review and as a civil procedure and intellectual property research assistant. During his third year, he finished as a semi-finalist at the Tulane International Baseball Arbitration Competition.

Prior to law school, Nicholas earned his B.A. with a double major in political science and economics from the University of California, Davis. He spent his final fall term studying abroad at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
