Sidley Represents Siris in Its Agreement to Acquire a Majority Stake in TAKKION

Sidley is representing Siris, a private equity firm with a technology infrastructure sector focus, in its agreement to acquire a majority stake in TAKKION. TAKKION provides integrated services to the renewable energy industry.
