Biography
NAREK SARKISSYAN focuses his practice on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, insurance regulatory matters, and financing matters in connection with the insurance and financial services industry.
Prior to joining Sidley, Narek worked as a law student intern at the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for U.S. Trustees. He has experience assisting lawyers in preparing for bankruptcy court appearances and drafting of motions and objections.
While attending the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Narek served as an executive editor of the Journal of International Law.
Narek is fluent in Armenian.
