
Biography
EDEN SHEMUELIAN focuses her practice on complex corporate and transactional matters. She represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters.
Eden graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, she worked in the Ziffren Institute for Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law. Eden was also a student clinician in the UCLA Documentary Film Legal Clinic and the Talent and Brand Partnerships/Name, Image and Likeness Clinic, and served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Judge John A. Kronstadt of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Eden received a J.D. in the Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law Specialization, held leadership positions with the First Generation Law Students Association and the Jewish Law Students Association, and was a writing adviser for first-year law students.
Prior to law school, Eden worked in business and legal affairs at a film production company in Los Angeles. She graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in economics and a double minor in accounting and Spanish.
