Biography
KRISTIN SMITH focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage lending, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures.
Kristin earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as a notes editor on the Vanderbilt Law Review, received a Scholastic Excellence Award in Contracts, and was named to the Dean’s List.
Kristin also holds a Master of Science in finance, with honors, from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
