Sidley Represents Sole Source in Acquisition of Cybersecurity Provider Brite

Sidley represented Sole Source Capital LLC, a private equity firm that invests in industrial and business services sectors, in its acquisition of Brite, a cybersecurity and managed services provider headquartered in New York. The transaction represents Sole Source Capital LLC’s first platform investment from its third fund, SSC Partners Fund III, and expands its presence into the cybersecurity and IT services sectors.
