Yarissa Subervi

YARISSA SUBERVI represents private equity firms, infrastructure investors, and strategic companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets.

Before law school, Yarissa worked as an engineer on large heavy-civil infrastructure projects, including the construction of 96th Street Station on the Second Avenue Subway in New York.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Yarissa was selected as the 2019–2020 Saul Tischler Scholar for the Class of 2022 – Evening Program, the highest academic honor awarded in her class.

Through her pro bono work, Yarissa has advised small businesses and nonprofit organizations on corporate governance and commercial contracts, represented survivors of domestic violence in obtaining restraining orders, and represented children seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
