Michelle A. Van Sleet

MICHELLE VAN SLEET advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, and other private and public companies on mergers, acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Sidley, Michelle was an associate at another global law firm.

While attending Fordham University School of Law, Michelle served as the competitions editor of the Dispute Resolution Society and an editorial board staff member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
