SEBASTIEN WADIER is a trial lawyer with broad experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal court, including in matters involving breach of contract, torts, trade secret misappropriation, and copyright and trademark infringement. His work has touched on every phase of litigation, from drafting pleadings through discovery and trial.

Sebastien’s work has been high-profile, involving some of the most influential companies in the world, ranging from technology and entertainment to emerging companies. He is also active in pro bono work, having authored appellate briefs, and advocated for clients on issues of first impression in criminal justice.

While in law school, Sebastien served as a senior articles editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment & Labor Law and was a member of the of the Board of Advocates. He won awards for Best Brief, Best Oral Argument, and first place overall in the Roger J. Traynor Moot Court Competition. He also received the American Jurisprudence Award” in Copyright Law and Consumer Protection and the “Prosser Prize” in Property.

Before law school, Sebastien spent three years as a paralegal for a leading litigation boutique in New York.
