Biography
PARKER WHITLOW focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
Parker earned her J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as an associate editor on the Journal of Law and Social Policy. While in law school, Parker spent a semester studying Chinese Company Law at Peking University in Beijing, China, and she also worked in the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Investor Protection Center.
Prior to joining Sidley, Parker worked in the education and hospitality sectors in Sydney, Australia.
Parker earned her B.A. in theater from University of California, Los Angeles.
