ROLAND WUU focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in connection with investigations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Roland received his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an Executive Editor on the Georgetown Journal of International Law.
Prior to joining Sidley, Roland interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement and with the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance.
