ERIC ZHAO focuses his practice on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other corporate and securities law matters.
Eric earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. During law school, he served as a research assistant for a professor focusing on various securities regulations topics.
Eric received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in political science, with a minor in Japanese Studies.
