Sidley Represents CAIS in Its US$170 Million Series D Financing

Sidley represented CAIS, a leading alternative investment platform for independent financial advisors, in its US$170 million Series D financing. The round was led by Vista Equity Partners, with participation from AllianceBernstein L.P., funds managed by Blue Owl Capital, Carlyle, Fortress Investment Group, Golub Capital, Lord Abbett, and Royal Bank of Canada. The financing values CAIS at more than US$2 billion and brings the company's total capital raised to nearly US$600 million.
