Biography
TEDI ZLATKOVA is an immigration attorney in the firm’s Chicago office and practices in the area of immigration and nationality law. Her practice focuses on business immigration, including employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, the PERM labor certification process and I-9 compliance. She has assisted clients in the IT, manufacturing, engineering, automation and investment banking industries.
Tedi graduated cum laude from John Marshall Law School in Chicago where she received the CALI award for Business Immigration Law. She graduated with highest honors from DePaul University in Chicago with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish.
Prior to joining Sidley, Tedi gained experience exclusively with business immigration at a boutique law firm.
