Sidley Bolsters Global Finance Practice With Addition of Jeffrey Ross in New York

New York – Sidley is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Ross has joined the firm’s Global Finance practice as a partner in Sidley’s office in New York. He was previously Chair of the Finance Group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and a member of the Private Equity Group and Special Situations team.

Mr. Ross focuses on complex acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. His practice centers on structuring and negotiating large-scale acquisition financings, including leveraged buyouts, mergers, reverse Morris trust transactions, and other strategic combinations. Mr. Ross regularly advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate borrowers on debt financing arrangements across a broad range of credit facilities and capital structures. Mr. Ross works extensively in numerous sectors including healthcare, media and entertainment, technology and gaming, and diversified industrial and services businesses.
