Sidley Matter Shortlisted at the TMT Finance Awards APAC 2026

Stonepeak’s US$1.3 billion preferred equity investment into Princeton Digital Group (PDG) has been shortlisted in the “Digital Infrastructure Equity Deal of the Year” category at the TMT Finance Awards APAC 2026.

Sidley advised Stonepeak, a leading alternative investment firm specializing in infrastructure and real assets, on the investment into PDG, a leading developer and operator of internet infrastructure, with operations in Singapore, Japan, India, Indonesia, China, and Malaysia. Stonepeak’s long-term capital will support PDG’s next phase of growth, including both greenfield development and M&A, across both established and emerging Asia-Pacific markets.

The cross-border Sidley team was led by partner Alun Evans (Singapore) and included Tim Chandler (partner, Houston), Coco Liu (counsel, Hong Kong), Ashley Moulder (senior managing associate, Houston), Wilfred Ong (managing associate, Singapore), and Enrrique Santa Cruz (associate, Houston). The annual TMT Finance Awards APAC 2026 celebrates excellence in deal-making and investment within digital infrastructure, commending the deals, people, and companies that have delivered the year’s most significant transactions.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Singapore on May 7, 2026.
