Sidley Represents Thompson Street Capital Partners in the Sale of Portfolio Company Custom Wheel House to Fox Factory

Sidley is representing Thompson Street Capital Partners in the sale of its portfolio company Custom Wheel House, LLC (CWH) to Fox Factory, Inc., a subsidiary of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF). CWH designs, markets, and distributes high-performance wheels, performance off-road tires, and accessories. The addition of CWH and its brands is expected to broaden and diversify Fox’s range of aftermarket vehicle offerings.
