Sidley represented Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and its portfolio company Constant Contact in a new strategic investment to accelerate Constant Contact’s growth as a leading provider of digital marketing and automation solutions for small businesses and nonprofits. The investment was structured through a new investment vehicle, Clearlake Icon Partners VI, and will broaden Constant Contact’s investor base, helping to provide additional capital.
