Jennifer Limmer

JENNIFER LIMMER advises on all aspects of German business and corporate law, in particular domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate matters. Her clients include national and international private equity funds, asset managers and strategic investors.

Prior to joining Sidley in 2019, Jennifer was an associate in the tax practice of another international law firm.

She is fluent in German and English.

• Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services firm, in its acquisition of the treaty reinsurance brokerage operations of Willis Towers Watson for US$3.25 billion.
• Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on its US$3.57 billion acquisition of Willis Towers Watson Assets.
• Rodenstock Group, a Compass Partners portfolio company, on their acquisition by Apax Funds.
• Great Hill Partners in connection with its acquisition of Notonthehighstreet, a UK curated online marketplace.
• Marlin Management Company, LLC on the acquisition of a majority stake in COYO GmbH.
• Gilde Buy Out Partners on the acquisition of TonerPartner Group.
