ABDULLAH SHAH advises on a broad range of private equity and corporate transactions, including private M&A transactions, equity investments, consortium arrangements, co-investments, and joint ventures, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Abdullah trained and qualified as a solicitor in Sidley’s office in London, where he also gained experience in the firm’s Restructuring, Global Finance, and Capital Markets practices.

- On the establishment of Gulf Partners Group, an upcoming Middle East private equity investment firm focused on alternative investments.
- FAS Group on the acquisition of FAS Renewables and its 100% owned subsidiary, Zahra Energy, by I Squared Capital.
- Crystal Palace Football Club on various investment matters.
- The book-running lead managers on Vishal Mega Mart’s $945 Million IPO.
- Warren Equity Partners on its acquisition of Obsequio Group, a UK headquartered infrastructure services business, focussed on fire safety, water hygiene, security, asbestos, energy and environmental compliance services.
- Infrabridge and Achieve together on the strategic acquisition by Achieve together of the adult residential services business from Outcomes First Group.
- A leading infrastructure fund in its acquisition of Melita, a fully converged digital infrastructure owner and operator delivering broadband, mobile connectivity and data centre solutions across Malta.
- Pictet Alternative Advisors in its Acquisition of Pareto FM.
