Sidley Strengthens Century City Office With Global Finance Partner Ike Chidi

Century City – Sidley is pleased to announce that Ike Chidi has joined the firm’s Global Finance practice in Sidley’s office in Century City. Mr. Chidi joins from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a partner in the Corporate Finance group.

Mr. Chidi counsels clients on commercial lending matters with a focus on the private equity sector. He represents private equity sponsors, lending institutions, and public and private companies in the structuring and negotiation of complex financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, syndicated credit facilities, recapitalizations, and related matters.
