Sidley Advises Athora in €2.75 Billion Capital Raise

Sidley represented Athora Holding Ltd., a leading European savings and retirement services group, in completing its third private capital raise, securing a total of approximately €2.75 billion of additional permanent equity capital commitments from new and existing shareholders. Together with Athora’s previous two private capital raises, both of which Sidley advised on, Athora has raised approximately €6.75 billion of total equity capital.
