Sidley Represents Kentucky Power Company in US$477.7 Million Bond Issuance

Sidley represented Kentucky Power Company, a subsidiary of American Electric Power Company, Inc., and Kentucky Power Cost Recovery LLC in the issuance of Series 2025 Senior Secured Recovery Bonds valued at US$477.7 million to recover certain extraordinary costs.

The team was led by Robert Stephens and George Vlahakos, and included Mario Samos, Evan Grosch, Enrrique Santa Cruz, Zayn Mian, and Khoa Nguyen (all Energy and Infrastructure); Angela Richards (Tax); Carla Teodoro (Investment Funds); Sonia Gupta Barros (Capital Markets).
