
Biography
NICOLE BOOTH focuses her practice on government investigations, regulatory approval, and antitrust litigations in U.S. District Courts and state courts. Nicole also has experience advising clients on a variety of antitrust and consumer protection issues and works on matters across a wide range of industries, including agriculture, hospitality, software/technology, entertainment, healthcare and pharma, publishing, real estate, retail, and travel.
Nicole also has a robust pro bono practice routinely working with the firm’s pro bono partners on landlord tenant housing issues and restorative voting right research.
Nicole received her J.D. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Richmond. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate at another global law firm.

Representative Matters
Nicole’s representative matters include:
- Representing Accor in two antitrust class actions alleging that major hotels chains participated in various hub and spoke conspiracies to fix the price of hotel rooms.
- Representing a multinational electronic commerce company in an antitrust class action alleging that the client used exclusivity restrictions to maintain its dominance in the audiobook market.
- Represented a leading food manufacturer in a federal multidistrict antitrust class action where purchasers of shell eggs and egg products alleged a conspiracy to control supply and artificially maintain and increase the price of shell eggs and egg products.
- Represented a multinational technology corporation in its acquisition of a leading publisher of popular PC, console, and mobile games.
- Represented a multinational food company in a series of federal class actions across the country brought by direct and indirect purchasers alleging that major chicken producers reduced output to raise the price of broiler chickens.
- Represented a multinational hospitality company in a nationwide class action filed against major hotel chains, in which plaintiffs alleged that the defendant hotel companies conspired to eliminate competition for branded keyword search advertising against each other, illegally raising consumers’ costs to find and book hotel rooms, seeking damages and injunctive relief under the Sherman Act.
- Represented a multinational food company in a series of nationwide class actions consolidated in a U.S. District Court alleging that poultry producers and others conspired to suppress wages and other compensation for poultry plant workers, allegedly through the use of industry benchmarking services and other information exchanges.
- Represented a multinational technology corporation in a class action lawsuit alleging a group boycott agreement to remove third party resellers from an online marketplace.
