Meena Datta and Trevor Wear to Present at the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit 2025

Sidley Healthcare partners Meena Datta and Trevor Wear will present at the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program Summit on timely updates from regulators and courts and engage in dynamic, solutions-focused conversations with top attorneys on the future of MDRP.

Meena and Trevor will join the panel “What’s New in Fair Market Value?” This workshop will give attendees an opportunity to explore the latest government updates from the OIG, IRS, and other agencies; discuss best practices and alternative options for documentation; and review Department of Justice and court perspectives on fair market value.
