The AFPM Environmental Conference brings together industry leaders, regulators, and practitioners to discuss critical issues shaping environmental compliance, enforcement, and best practices in the refining and petrochemical sectors.
- On Sunday, October 19, join Sidley partners Ike Adams, Alana Genderson, Justin Savage, and counsel Jacqueline Pruitt, for the Pre-Conference Workshop: Managing Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Internal Investigations. This session offers tools and strategies for effective, compliant internal investigations—emphasizing collaboration with counsel, leadership, and plant staff, risk management, response protocols, and understanding rights and responsibilities.
- On Monday, October 20, Sidley partner Peter Whitfield will serve on the “From Promise to Plant: Making AI Work for Environmental Compliance” panel.
