Sidley’s Josh Fougere Honored by the National Association of Women Lawyers

The National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) honored Sidley partner Josh Fougere as one of its 2024 “Virginia S. Mueller Outstanding Member Award” winners. Named after the Sacramento lawyer who worked tirelessly to advance the position of women in the legal profession, the annual award is presented to NAWL members for their exemplary contributions to the organization.

Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Josh focuses his practice on appellate litigation, critical motions practice, regulatory challenges, and complex commercial litigation. He assists clients at all stages of litigation and across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in intellectual property issues and appeals, gaming, consumer class actions, and the False Claims Act.
