ABF Journal Recognizes Teresa Wilton Harmon Among 2026 “Top Women in Specialty Finance”

Sidley partner Teresa Wilton Harmon has been named to ABF Journal’s 2026 “Top Women in Specialty Finance” list. The annual recognition honors women shaping the specialty finance industry, including dealmakers, credit officers, general counsel, founders, and operators working across asset-based lending, factoring, private credit, and related areas.

This year, ABF Journal recognized 48 women who were nominated by their peers and selected based on their impact on their firms, clients, and the broader specialty finance industry.

Teresa is the co-managing partner of Sidley’s Chicago office and a partner in the firm’s Global Finance practice. She advises clients on a broad range of financial transactions and commercial law matters, with experience spanning secured and unsecured lending, workouts and restructurings, structured finance, and securitization.
