Sidley Advises Lightspin Technologies in Its Acquisition by Cisco

Sidley advised Lightspin Technologies, a contextual cloud security platform, in its acquisition by Cisco. Lightspin, headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel with operations in the United States, has developed leading technologies to find and understand vulnerabilities in enterprises’ cloud infrastructure.
The Sidley team was led by Aaron Rigby (M&A, Private Equity) and Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax). The Sidley team also included Jeremy B.
