Sidley Advises Tamnoon in Its Series A Financing

Sidley advised Tamnoon, a leader in Managed Cloud Security Remediation and the first and only hybrid human-AI managed service developed from the ground up specifically for cloud security remediation, in its Series A financing. The round was led by Bright Pixel Capital with participation by Blu Ventures, Mindset Ventures, Merlin Ventures, Secret Chord Ventures, Inner Loop Capital, and Elron Ventures.

The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital, Tax) and included Jake Funk and David Chriki (Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
